At our house we need the pre-test foods to also be gluten and dairy free. And to top it off, we are trying to add in more healthy fats. Here is a delicious recipe that we created before the fasting but we will definitely be making it again.
Cut open the avocado and scoop the flesh into a medium sized bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocado.
Open the cans of tuna and drain the water. Pour the tuna into the bowl with the avocado.
Squeeze the lemon into the tuna bowl and season with salt, pepper and dried dill.
Mix all together with a fork and enjoy. This tastes better the second day, although the avocado may turn brown when oxidizing.
